Electromagnetic design and temperature field analysis of hybrid excitation primary permanent magnet linear motor

چکیده
Hybrid excitation primary permanent magnet linear motor has the dual advantages of high thrust density and flexibility on adjusting air gap magnetic field hybrid motor. In this paper, two new 36/4 motors with different secondary structures are proposed. Based detailed introduction topology operation mechanism, structural parameters optimized, pole arc coefficient shoe finally determined to be 0.4. The is magnetoresistive, final adjustment range about 16.8% under conditions optimal armature current lead angle. temperature in magnetizing state analyzed. results show that decreases gradually from center both sides after 7200 s structure, while will not demagnetized permanently. It shows an acceptable reliability.
